• Conduct impact analyses and validate findings with Data Operations team members.
• Build and maintain a dashboard as the single source of truth for open issues.

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business analyst or liaison experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, or Jira.
