Job Description

As an Accounting and HR Officer, you'll manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, receipts, and payments, reconcile bank statements, and assist with month-end and year-end closing. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial reports, ledgers, and records, assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. In addition, you will maintain employee records and HR databases, coordinate recruitment processes, prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation, manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave tracking, support performance evaluation and training initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
