Job Description
As Supervisor, Northern Region Expansion, you will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of our Cities Account Management team in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Your main focus will be to guide the team in managing and growing a portfolio of top strategic merchants. This includes ensuring consistent portfolio growth, boosting sales performance, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our merchant partners. Your leadership will be key to expanding our presence and success across the Northern region.
You will perform strategic planning and managed teams. You will assist the Regional manager in planning and implementing a go-to-market strategy. You will manage and support the acquisition team to deliver their tasks and achieve their target. You will evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs. You will provide a performance summary and valuable on-ground insights along with recommendations to the core team. You will lead strategic partner acquisition and gain new product adoption. You will be on-ground with the team to give them guidance and help uplift their performance.
