About the Role:
- This role partners with go-to-market teams to manage the full order-to-cash lifecycle.
- It is an excellent entry point into a broader Finance Operations career.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and collecting signatures.
- Create, revise, and distribute license files for new orders and renewals.
- Invoice renewals and maintain accurate contract details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in order management, finance operations, or administrative support.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a CRM application.
Working Arrangements:
- This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for in-person team meetings.
