Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SOP lifecycle ownership, drafting complex workflows verified with Legal and Compliance.
- Own knowledge base integrity with quarterly audits for alignment with global labor laws.
- Design comprehensive learning packs with technical guides, video snippets, and assessments.
