Summary:
- Prepares patients for examinations, administers medications and vaccines, and assists with procedures.
- Coordinates care across settings and provides education to patients under provider direction.
Job Duties:
- Facilitates coordination of care, performs patient care procedures, and cleans instruments.
- Triages calls, provides healthcare advice, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Acts as a resource for patients and families, and monitors daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited Nursing program; RN licensure in Pennsylvania; BLS certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 1 year experience as a registered nurse.
