Job Description

Trunk Tools is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their fast-growing team. As the trusted advisor, the CSM builds and maintains long-term relationships with key stakeholders. They will guide customers through onboarding, providing training and resources to ensure effective product use from day one. The CSM manages customer health, identifying opportunities and proactively delivering ROI. They will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The CSM owns customer issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and acting as an escalation point for complex issues. The position requires up to 25% travel.
