Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries through People & Culture email and phone lines.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation presentations and manage exit logistics, including documentation and equipment collection.

Administrative Duties:

  • Process employee changes, internal movements, and new hire setups in collaboration with the payroll team.
  • Perform system administration for Performance Management and Learning Management software.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and keep employee records up-to-date.
  • Respond to data requests from internal teams and create ongoing reporting of employee data.
