The role also covers Tech Stack & Integrations, implementing and managing integrations across CRM, marketing automation, customer success, billing, and BI platforms. Workflow Automation & Enablement is essential to build and optimize deal flow automations, lead routing, lifecycle stages, meeting types, and sales processes inside HubSpot.
