A full-cycle role where you’ll own everything from briefing to onboarding. Drive hiring across our Tech and Product orgs in Spain and Poland, helping us build high-impact teams. Lead smooth, end to end processes, from intake and outreach to offer and onboarding. Be a true partner to Hiring Managers, bringing insight, challenge, and clarity to the process. Ensure new joiners feel at home from day one with meaningful onboarding. Turn data into action. Identify where your pipeline slows down, spot patterns early, and experiment with smarter ways to boost both speed and quality.
