Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers and product experts to gain insights into ServiceNow Impact Accelerators.
  • Execute the enhancement and maintenance process of Accelerator content based on customer feedback.
  • Support the creation of Impact Accelerators, including engagement flows and delivery materials.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
