Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners. Conduct end-to-end recruitment with the focus on our “Production” area and approach our talents in Czech, German and English. Take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and find candidates. Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends.
