What We're Looking For:

5+ years building high-quality, consumer-scale services with full-stack proficiency spanning backend and mobile.
1+ years hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs, including agentic workflows.
A strong sense of ownership and empathy for the humans behind the product.

AI-Native Expectations:

Use AI coding tools daily for substantive tasks like analysis, coding, refactoring, and testing.
Treat AI as a development partner while staying accountable for everything you ship.
Share successful prompting strategies and help teammates accelerate their AI workflow adoption.
