Job Description

As one of our first hires on the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound sales strategy and pipeline. This isn’t just another SDR role—you’ll work directly with the founders, experiment with new playbooks, and help define how Weekday sells. The intern will identify and research potential leads across LinkedIn, email, and other channels. You will also run outbound email and call campaigns to introduce Weekday and spark conversations. The intern will qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their hiring needs. You will also work with founders and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach tactics. Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and track key performance metrics.
