FinOps / Expense Analyst

We are seeking a FinOps / Expense Analyst to be the finance partner to Accounting and the business for end‑to‑end purchasing and operating expense processes. You will own day‑to‑day operations in expense management, support variance analysis and expense forecasting, and build crisp reporting packages for leadership. You will improve policy adherence, reduce “shadow spend,” and raise the signal‑to‑noise ratio in our opex so leaders can make faster, better decisions.

Key Responsibilities include serving as the Finance point of contact for Zip (intake/PO), Concur (T&E), and Ironclad (contracts) and partnering with Accounting on month‑end close for opex. You will also build and maintain variance reporting and support the FP&A Expense Lead on forecasting and budget refreshes. Developing and delivering reporting packages and executive dashboards covering opex trends is another key aspect of the role. You will also stand up spend analytics and KPI frameworks and coordinate with Procurement/Legal on vendor diligence.
