Client Experience:
- Implement & assist in planning of the Client Experience & Engagement Plan
- Lead the improvement of current client engagement activities including Communities of Practice, onboarding, training, check-ins, and site visits
- Communicate feedback and insights to internal teams to ensure alignment on product development
Operational Project Management:
- Apply project management methodologies to oversee high-volume, high-risk workforce processes, including the onboarding and offboarding of ~4,000 employees
- Work directly with cross-functional teams to define project scope, create actionable projects plans, coordinate resources, and create efficient workflows
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
Systems, Data, & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead biannual regression testing and validation for Workday enhancements
- Track and analyze KPI’s for team performance and efficiency
- Collect/analyze client feedback to improve processes
