Job Description
This is a remote position with regional travel requirements across the GTA and Ottawa region. Coordinates the end-to-end CIF submission process, including intake, review coordination, documentation, and communication of decisions. Supports the CIF Decision-Making Panel by preparing materials, tracking interventions, and ensuring compliance with governance protocols. Monitors and tracks allocated funds by intervention category and provider to ensure budget integrity and transparency. Facilitates the establishment and ongoing coordination of Community Partnership Advisory Boards across regions to strengthen collaboration and community input.
