About the Role:

- Handle a wide variety of matters while pulling in specialists when needed.
What You'll Do:
- Embed with a client and learn their business deeply.
- Be the first line of defense across commercial contracts, technology transactions, and more.
- Leverage AI tools to raise quality and compress timelines.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
- 5-8 years of experience with strong commercial contracts practice.
- Fast and good, self-directed, and collaborative.
