Acting as the primary conduit between legal/regulatory findings and the Core Network team, translating regional mandates into clear functional requirements.
Leading requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams to define scope, priorities, and implementation approach.
Creating high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services to guide engineering teams and drive consistent implementation patterns.

Must Haves:

7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in Telecom or Tech.
Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
