What this job can offer you:
- Define the reporting and insights strategy for a multi-surface system.
- Build trusted reporting foundations with payroll-grade capabilities.

What you bring:
- Senior-level experience as a Product Manager with reporting and analytics focus.
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to build and debug functional code.
- Strong data fluency across models, schemas, and SQL.
Key responsibilities:
- Set the reporting and insights strategy and roadmap.
- Deeply understand customer reporting needs across personas.
- Deliver through strong cross-functional execution with multiple teams.
Practical details:
- Report to Senior Group Product Manager.
- Fully remote, global location.
- Base salary range $60,000 to $135,000 USD.
