Senior Corporate Counsel

LivePerson is looking for a dynamic, hands-on technology licensing counsel capable of supporting commercial contracting as well as privacy and AI Compliance. In this role, you will work within the Legal team to support sales and commercial contracting and to align and create internal and customer-facing processes that support trusted AI innovation, data privacy and regulatory compliance. You will get to work with some of the top global brands and with a team of world class professionals. Most of all, your expertise, knowledge and experience will help define standards for continued expansion of our vision. You will engage in all facets of B2B commercial and technology SaaS contracting supporting our sales and business teams in managing and negotiating commercial agreements and related documentation. The role involves supporting all legal processes related to customer queries, RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires and FAQs. Additionally, you will assist in developing and maintaining processes and frameworks to align business practices with privacy and AI standards globally. The position requires collaborating with Legal, Security, Product and Engineering teams to support innovation and govern data and AI effectively, and managing third party privacy topics, including due diligence and data privacy impact assessments. Form agreements and playbook improvements are also part of the responsibilities.
