Medical Scribe

Responsibilities:

• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the client's EMR/EHR system.
• Prepare and update clinical notes, including patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe, Clinical Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EMR/EHR systems.

Work Environment:

• Remote position based in Colombia, supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
• Requires excellent English communication and ability to work independently.

Required Skills:

• Strong typing, listening, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
