Job Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Attorney to join the 174 Power Global Legal Team to provide support and expertise for the development of utility scale solar energy and battery storage projects. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience as a real estate attorney in the renewable energy industry and be able to work independently and in a team to diligence, acquire, lease, finance and sell renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate documents. You will also provide legal due diligence, including reviewing title reports, mineral ownership reports and surveys. You will communicate, support and collaborate with project team members and external parties. You will also manage outside counsel in connection with the preparation of agreements related to project development.
