Responsibilities:

  • Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT).
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and families, or passion for serving this population.
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and commitment to trauma-informed culturally responsive care.

Compensation:

  • $60 per billable hour for independently licensed clinicians.
  • 401(k) with a 3% company match, $150 annual CEU reimbursement, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Fully remote work, support with referrals and billing.
