Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely analysis of employer match, core contributions, and transition credits.
- Coordinate plan distributions including QDROs, lump sums, annuities, and loans.
- Manage vendor deliverables and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or HR with 7+ years of experience.
- Supervisory/managerial experience required.
- Knowledge of federal and state benefit and tax legislation.
