Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely analysis of employer match, core contributions, and transition credits.
  • Coordinate plan distributions including QDROs, lump sums, annuities, and loans.
  • Manage vendor deliverables and conduct quarterly performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or HR with 7+ years of experience.
  • Supervisory/managerial experience required.
  • Knowledge of federal and state benefit and tax legislation.
