Senior Manager, Inventory Development (DACH)

StackAdapt is seeking a remote-based Senior Manager, Inventory Development, reporting to the Senior Director of Inventory & Partnerships EMEA. This role involves overseeing strategic Supply Side partnerships in the DACH region. The individual will manage senior-level day-to-day relationships with partners, collaborating with sales, account management, and technical solutions teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing or working with DSPs and/or SSPs with pan-European CTV/ Broadcaster contacts and German language proficiency. Responsibilities include driving growth across channels, scaling emerging channels within the DSP, setting success metrics for inventory access, participating in partner activities, prioritizing programmatic trends, and supporting DACH market growth. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within an advertising technology company (CTV experience preferred), German language proficiency, understanding of digital advertising dynamics, consultation sales skills, and communication skills.
