Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to meaningful research projects. Main duties include managing incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing data about our research projects and services. This role also includes proactively upselling and cross-selling services to customers, conducting outbound calls to follow up on leads and gather feedback on customer experiences, and maintaining customer records.
