Responsibilities:
- Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live support, for colleges and universities.
- Configure systems, support integrations and data migration, and create project plans and training materials.
Requirements:
- 5+ years implementing SIS, LMS, or CRM platforms like Banner, Canvas, or Salesforce in higher education.
- Strong understanding of academic processes such as enrollment, grading, admissions, and financial aid.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in project collaboration tools like Jira and MS Teams.
