Principal Professional Services Analyst

About the role:

• You'll primarily run SBC expense reports for both self-service clients (initial report setup and configuration) and full-service clients (comprehensive ASC 718 calculations and deliverables).
• You'll perform equity administration tasks for clients as needed.
• You'll partner closely with Engineering to build and refine our SBC tooling, directly shaping how Pulley scales using technology.

What you'll bring:

• 2-3+ years hands-on experience with stock-based compensation expense calculations and reporting.
• Proficiency with ASC 718 under US GAAP.
• Experience with modifications, performance-based grants, market-based vesting conditions, and other complex SBC scenarios.
