Job Description
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to website users. This includes handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolution. They will communicate with customers through various channels such as chat and email, meticulously keeping records of interactions and transactions. The role involves entering data into CRM systems and adhering to established communication guidelines and policies. Additional related tasks may be assigned by managers. The position requires excellent English skills, experience in client support, a basic technical understanding, and strong problem-solving abilities. This is a remote position based in Ukraine.
