Quotation Management & Governance:
- Lead the end-to-end quotation creation process for all MD sites.
- Review and approve quotations generated by Inside Sales Specialists.
- Ensure alignment of quotations with service capabilities, pricing guidelines, and margin expectations.
Pricelist Ownership and Maintenance:
- Oversee (bi-) annual and ad-hoc updates of MD pricelists.
- Ensure consistent pricing across platforms and clients.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, coach, and support Inside Sales Specialists.
- Management of the workload distribution, quotation turnaround times, and adherence to service levels
