Job Description

Client Management:

  • Manage relationships with enterprise client counterparts, often product owners and business owners.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation/resolution point for domain/product issues.
  • Challenge clients to think differently about tech development, promoting continuous iteration and deployment.

Technical Acumen:

  • Act as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how the Kraken Platform is delivered.
  • Support the engineering team in delivering product features by articulating client needs and priorities internally.
  • Understand the Kraken platform and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.

Strategic Delivery:

  • Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
  • Summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to enable ongoing platform development.
  • Innovate improvements for clients by bringing technology, people, and processes together.
