ServiceNow Functional Analyst

ServiceNow Functional Analyst needed for a contract role. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements specific to ServiceNow modules. They will contribute in designing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. They will analyze and document existing workflows within ServiceNow, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery. The role involves facilitating and participating in UAT sessions, developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users. Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and technical configurations within ServiceNow. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements and optimizations within ServiceNow.
