Join Turing as our strategic and globally-minded Total Rewards Partner to join our People team. This role is key in supporting the design, delivery, and administration of our global total rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, recognition, and mobility/immigration policies—across our employee populations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and India. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Develop & maintain the job architecture framework by conducting job analysis and creating descriptions for roles and establish job classifications based on level, function, complexity to support career paths and development.
