Culinary Trainer Lead, Kitchens

This role involves hands-on work with Merchant Partners to administer training and support in the field, ensuring all managers and cooks execute recipes and follow procedures. Ongoing quality auditing is essential, with partnership visits, compiling & communicating feedback improving culinary and operational quality. You will build processes, playbooks, and adjust training materials to accommodate onboarding needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working with little oversight, and data-driven.
