Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Conversational AI Teams.
- Define, review, and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, including NLP, LLMs, and dialog management.
