Essential Duties:
- Maintain a cross-project calendar of activities, events, and deliverables.
- Execute logistical and administrative tasks for events, such as scheduling, registration, notetaking, coordinating event logistics, liaising with hotel/conference venue staff, and coordinating reimbursements for non-staff travel.
- Enter accurate data into online platforms in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Strong software skills, especially Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and project management software such as ClickUp.
- Knowledge of harm reduction and trust-based philanthropy values.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the candidate’s ability to perform the position’s duties.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience using a grants lifecycle management system, such as Salesforce, preferred.

NASTAD is a non-partisan, non-profit association representing public health officials who administer HIV and hepatitis programs in the U.S. Their mission is to advance the health and dignity of people impacted by HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and intersecting epidemics. They represent public health officials in all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, seven local jurisdictions, and the U.S. Pacific Island jurisdictions.
