Recipient Experience & Customer Service:
- Lead customer service, including setting up infrastructure and directly supporting recipients.
- Draft and follow protocols to resolve recipient cases through communication and data entry.
- Coordinate with customer service vendors and lead performance management.
Community Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with implementing partners and community members.
- Serve as the community liaison for the program, supporting local partners.
- Organize and attend events to sensitize communities on program benefits.
Direct Program Support:
- Support operational and project management duties.
- Lead select operational processes and oversee a team of customer service agents.
- Track and report operational and efficiency metrics.
