Talent Sourcer

Ideals is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support scaling in the Americas, contributing to the hiring strategy with analytical skills and understanding of the regional market. You will lead sourcing projects across GTM and other functions, analyzing the funnel to optimize your strategy and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborating daily with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across cultures and departments, you will directly impact Ideals’ growth trajectory. You will employ strategies to identify and engage sales candidates, working with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. The role involves tracking and analyzing pipeline metrics, building talent pipelines for sales positions, and maintaining the candidate database. Proactively seek input from the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment.
