Job Description
Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized intermediary, tour and travel, and association accounts. Understand their unique group travel needs, provide strategic hotel recommendations, and work to increase group bookings and brand loyalty within this segment. Prospect and cultivate new opportunities by engaging with intermediaries, tour and travel companies, associations, and other relevant stakeholders. Attend industry events and use market data to build a qualified pipeline of accounts aligned with Choiceβs growth objectives.
Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Hotel DOSMs/GMs/Owners to deliver custom proposals and increase conversion. Maintain disciplined tracking in Salesforce and monitor performance against individual sales KPIs. Represent Choice Hotels at key customer events, industry tradeshows, and client meetings. Travel up to 50% to engage face-to-face with clients, strengthen relationships, and secure new business.
