Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will need to have a strong technical background and a passion for solving problems, supporting users, and improving system performance. You’ll be responsible for providing second and third level support for our business-critical applications, ensuring smooth operation and swift resolution of issues.
Key responsibilities include: Review, analyse, and resolve incidents and service requests, maintain and support applications, systems, and services following change, release, and problem management protocols and actively contribute to projects as a technical specialist.
