Manager, Campaign Operations

The Marketing Operations team is the strategic backbone of our marketing efforts, building the scalable systems and processes that fuel our global growth. We are a team of problem-solvers and innovators who manage the marketing technology stack, ensure data integrity, and enable seamless campaign execution. As the Manager of Campaign Operations, you will lead the team responsible for the execution and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. You will lead and scale the end-to-end global campaign execution process, managing a team of specialists to deliver high-quality, timely marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will also design, implement, and optimize scalable frameworks and standard operating procedures for campaign intake, execution, and reporting, with a focus on leveraging offshore teams for efficiency.
