Manage full-cycle recruitment for key technical roles including software engineering, backend, AI/ML, and DevOps, sourcing top candidates through China-relevant platforms like Bossη΄θ (Boss Zhipin), Maimai, Liepin, Lagou, GitHub, LinkedIn, and WeChat groups. Conduct structured phone screens and partner closely with hiring managers to shape effective interview plans and drive accountability. Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, drop-off rate, candidate aging, and conversion rate. Push hiring processes forward by identifying bottlenecks early and ensure clear, timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Deliver a consistent, human-first candidate experience, stay informed on market benchmarks, talent movements, and regional hiring trends, and represent BJAK professionally in the Chinese market.
