Job Description
Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder objectives. Lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, helping prioritize features and stories based on business value and technical feasibility. Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to align roadmaps, identify dependencies, and proactively mitigate delivery risks. Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery and closure. Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet both functional needs and strategic goals. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating delivered features align with business expectations. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and use data insights to drive continuous product and process enhancements. Promote Agile mindset and Scrum best practices by coaching teams, driving collaboration, and refining ways of working. Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
