Job Description

As a Solution Engineer, you'll be a key player in driving the adoption of PointClickCare by supporting the pre-sales engagements with our existing and prospective enterprise customers. You'll support our sales organization in building trusted advisor status with business leaders who have strategic priorities and urgency to achieve them while positioning and driving preference for the implementation of the platform. You will have the opportunity to build a customer-focused relationship with the client to identify business and technical challenges and develop specific actions and requirements to arrive at the best solution; demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in the customization, configuration, and implementation of PointClickCare's products; and collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work. This role is expected to become a subject matter expert in PointClickCare's product offerings and how to support them technically. You will often be engaged in complicated state-wide or regional projects that require innovative solutions to meet the needs of the client. This role is also responsible for identifying possible barriers, red flags, or unreal client expectations so that Sales and Product leadership are promptly made aware. This role will also participate in PointClickCare's sales proposal, RFP, Statement of work, and information security questionnaire generation process. As a SME of PointClickCare, you will be leveraged to create client facing content that helps accelerate the sales cycle and future sales engagements.
