Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver user research across a substantial GDS project, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Tackle complex, sensitive, and fast-moving problems that require adaptability and insight.
- Ensure research findings shape outcomes for public services with high social impact.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working as a user researcher within GDS projects.
- Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
About the Role:
- This is a 3-month contract role with a chance of extension, starting 28th September.
- The role is fully remote, with the requirement to have right to work and travel within the UK.
