Marketing Operations & Workflow Support:
- Manage manual uploads, asset updates, and workflow activities within marketing platforms and content management systems.
- Coordinate backup documentation for review, approval, and regulatory processes, ensuring audit-ready files.
- Support tagging, disclosures, routing, and asset administration for day-to-day marketing execution.
Project Coordination & Tactical Execution:
- Independently lead smaller tactical marketing projects from intake through completion.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
Partner Alignment:
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to support review and approval processes.
- Apply approved disclosures, compliance language, and formatting requirements to materials.
- Coordinate implementation of legal and compliance feedback across marketing assets.
