Responsibilities:
- Manage conference logistics and campaign workflows for commercial marketing.
- Coordinate agencies, POs, and budget tracking for marketing operations.
- Maintain marketing calendar and digital asset library for approved materials.
MLR Coordination:
- Schedule weekly PRC/MRC meetings and record reviewer feedback.
- Administer Veeva PromoMats for routing, metadata, and lifecycle management.
- Perform QC checks and track approval expiration dates for compliance.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years marketing coordination in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats or similar MLR system required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
