Requirements include:
- A strong technical background, preferably in engineering.
- Experience in technical customer support, ideally in SaaS, AI/LLM, or infrastructure.
- Proficiency with support tools like Intercom, Linear, Jira, and Github.
Goals:
- Achieving and maintaining a high CSAT rating.
- Maintaining quick response and resolution times.
- Updating a list of customer-impacting bugs.
