Operational Improvement:
- Develop processes and lead initiatives to improve quality of care and efficiency.
- Leverage technology to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of innovative care models.
Project and Performance Management:
- Support the prioritization, metric development/tracking, and ROI of projects.
- Establish performance objectives and track performance.
- Evaluate progress toward unit and organizational goals.
